Rates & Policies
Seasonal Stays
Exclusive rates for the peak season (October - April). We offer a range of private group packages designed for gatherings and remote group retreats.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund up to 48 hours before arrival. After that, a 50% refund is issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in.
Group Bookings
We welcome groups of 12-22 people. We provide a dedicated space for your reunion, retreat, friends gathering, wedding, and more. All with shared amenities and private access to the ranch.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is at 3:00 PM daily. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-outs are available for an additional fee.
Private Retreats
Offering group extended stays for those seeking total isolation. We provide a serene environment with artisanal comforts and local culinary experiences.

Guests receive a welcome kit with local snacks, a map of the Sea of Cortez, and a guide to the best hidden trails in Baja Sur.
